Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

A Pre-Shipment inspection from an independent third party gives you the peace of mind that your order has been filled successfully before it is dispatched. Today's globalized marketplace offers amazing opportunities, but also presents real risks. When working with a supplier overseas it's critical to ensure the specifications you've agreed upon are in fact met.

Mitigate the risk of an improperly filled order by taking the necessary peculations. Our pre-shipment inspection help you:

  • Ensure that your order was filled successfully, before it's dispatched.
  • Verify quality at the source and don't pay for defective goods.
  • Rest assured that the supplier has met all agreed-upon specifications.
  • Mitigate costly import risks.
  • Avoid returns and protect your brand's image.

Following a pre-shipment inspection, WFIS Provides a comprehensive report on the same day as the inspection. The report provides detailed information and pictures of any product defects or irregularities in your order.

During Production Inspection

  • Mitigate costly mistakes by highlighting issues before a production run is completed.
  • Provide time to establish workarounds to fix defective products.
  • Make adjustments to the manufacturing process to prevent continued issues.
  • Identify delays in final product delivery.
  • Check that your specifications are being followed.
  • Minimize expressive corrections.

Initial Production Check (IPC)

There are a number of good reasons to use an IPC inspection:

  • Enforce quality standards early on and provide an early-warning system for potential issues.
  • Lower the likelihood of having to correct defective goods at the end of a production run.
  • Identity and potentially mitigate disruptions that may appear at the outset of production.
  • Verify the quality of raw materials that have been supplied.
  • Ensure that the factory has set up the production run correctly and that all of your brand's specifications are clearly understood.
  • gain confidence that quality standards will be met.

Container Loading Check (CLC)

  • Reduce the risk of product damage during shipment.
  • Perform a final check of product quality and specifications to catch defects before shipping.
  • Ensure correct handling of your products as they are loaded onto containers or trucks.
  • Check packaging meets specifications.
  • Verify the quality of the container your goods are to be shipped in.

A CLC is particularly beneficial for businesses shipping fragile or sensitive goods that are likely to break in transit if the correct packaging and loading procedures are not followed.
